Founded in 2012, DC Scholars Public Charter School serves approximately 500 students from Preschool through 8th grade in Washington, DC. We develop life-long scholars who possess the academic knowledge, individual passions, and community-mindedness to succeed in a changing world.

At DC Scholars, we believe in clear and competitive compensation aligned with your role and experience. Teachers receive step increases with experience, and a 3% annual retention bonus if they remain at the same step.
